No Worries
No Worries is an animated short made by D11 Stories and Rte Jnr. which tells the story of young Dublin boy, PJ who navigates his anxious life with the help of his imaginary friend, a 300lb Gorrila.
It’s a colourful and fun short which can hopefully help other kids dealing with anxiety.
The story is based on the life of comedian PJ Gallagher, who also voices the gorilla !
No worries won Mariposa Dorada for Best Animated of the Year and the Palma Dorada for Best Animated Short of the Winter Season at the San Diego Short Film Festival.
I was happy to make the music for this short as well as write the ‘radio hit’ that plays in the background in his mother’s kitchen :)
