Grumpy Onion

Working with Dublin production company Whackala, I made the theme and the score for each the episodes of this really funny show for Rte Jnr., Grumpy Onion.

It’s was the first time I made the theme AND scored a whole show, so it was a great fortune for me that all of the team at Whackala were such a joy to work with.

Grumpy Onion shares the adventures of a frustrated Onion as he is trying to start a channel on social media and gain followers. Each episode he attempts some new way to break out, but invariably ends back where he started.

This show is coming out in the next couple of months on Rte Jnr and I’m excited for it to be in the world, and for people to hear the theme.
